3. Offer restrictions: This offer is coded, and one voucher code may be redeemed for a table of up to 10 guests. All guests must purchase a main meal to qualify for the £1 brownie offer.
4. Site exclusions: This offer is not valid in Bella Italia Centre Parcs locations and Edinburgh Northbridge.
